Kitchen Remodel

Open Floor Plan

A small remodel that involved adding a beam between the existing kitchen and dining room to create a more open and functional layout. This change allowed us to better utilize the limited space, resulting in a modern, bright, and airy kitchen that now feels fresh, spacious, and inviting.

Bathroom Remodel

This project had a rocky start with another contractor who struggled to complete the work. When I was brought in, the client already had her materials purchased and had spent six months trying to move the project forward. After parting ways with her original contractor, the new team brought me on board to provide clarity and direction. With a solid plan in place, we were able to complete the project in just a few short months.

Kitchen Update

For this project, the client wanted a more functional kitchen with better flow. Although the space was a good size, the existing layout limited its usability. By removing the dated eat-in area with window seating, we were able to shift the kitchen and extend the countertop into that space. It brought in more light and created the open, functional feel the kitchen was missing.

Large Addition

The client wanted to expand their home by adding more space to the first floor—relocating the utility area to its own room—and building a second story with a new living room, bedroom, and bathroom. As with many older homes, we encountered challenges with the existing framing, but we’ve worked through them. This project is still under construction, and we’re excited to share the before and afters once it’s complete.
